Dr. paed., Karine Oganisjana, assoc. prof. RTU the head of the project (5.2.7.1., 5.2.7.4. & 5.2.7.5.) reported on the achievements of the project team in stage 2 presenting both quantitative outcomes of the research and analyzing the interdisciplinary research design and logics of its three phases consisting of focus group discussion, interviews and surveys (see presentation).
Dr.oec. Konstantins Kozlovsiks, docent, RTU presented the main mathematical logics of the further development of the research in stage 3 based on the outcomes of stage 2. He spoke of the strategy of how to interview 30 successful social innovation project managers and analyze the data in order to explore the relations between different variables and elaborate the model of involvement of the society in social innovation processes. Nicolás Monge Iriarte, the new participant of the project from RTU shared his experience of the organization of trainings for social innovation in Chile – his motherland and about his participation in social innovation research in Dortmund University, Germany (see presentation). In the end of the working meeting Karine Oganisjana presented the main objectives of stage 3 and the structure of the monograph with the working name “Making social innovation a reality: Key players and mainspring” which is to be written by the project group having completed the research.
