Despite the large traffic chaos that reigns in Cairo, the meeting was held according to the plan: the first day the participants presented their institutions (a total of 10 partners), and discussed the content and scope of the project 'work packages'. The next day the STEM diploma structure and design are discussed, and partners worked on the future STEM resource centre. At the end the partners agreed on project management and financial issues and fixed the next meeting in the Spring 2016 in Sweden.
"I'm very happy with this first contact. Partners are serious, they work in leading institutions in STEM and on-line education and they have a large experience in European project management. Project coordinators know what they want to achieve and how to do it, and each partner is well aware of its role in the project”, expressed Manuel Fernandez.
